Can I get a discount if I order filters in bulk?

Please email our sales team at Sales@hellowynd.com with your desired order.

I can’t apply two discount codes at my checkout. Why?

Unfortunately, our webstore does not allow for multiple discount codes to be used at the same time.

My discount code doesn’t work with subscriptions. Why?

Our discount codes are only for regular product purchases only. Subscriptions are already displayed at a discounted rate.

I work for XYZ company and wish to make a bulk purchase of your products. Who do I get in touch with?

Please email our sales team at Sales@hellowynd.com so that you can get in touch with a sales representative that can provide you assistance with your bulk order.

Your product says “pre-order”. What does this mean?

Sometimes our products sell out. When this happens we allow for some products to be “pre-ordered” so that customers can secure an order ahead of time that will ship when our next shipment arrives.

Due to COVID production and supply chains have been affected and estimated dates of arrival for our shipments are subject to change.

Can I get Wynd customized for myself or my company?

Yes you can! Just reach out to us at Sales@hellowynd.com. We have minimum order quantities and charge an extra fee for customization.
