Here are some helpful tips if you experience any issues with the WYND Sentry app:
Ensure that your mobile app is on the latest app version available on the app store.
Try force quitting the app and restarting your phone.
Close any background apps to improve loading time.
Hold the back button for 10 seconds to reset your device.
Then, hold the back button for 1 second to turn the device ON. You should see a stable blue and green light.
Put your device into pairing mode by holding the back button for 5 to 6 seconds or until the 3 lights start to blink. You will see blinking lights which may appear teal in color. Blinking lights means your device is ready for setup.

Once you connect to WiFi, your app will display “Searching for Sentry device” on the screen. Allow your device to search for Sentry and then click “Connect”. This will begin device pairing and may take a few seconds during initial setup. Reminder, please do not exit the app during this step. If the device displays blinking red lights during this stage, please do not touch the device or the App.
Once the device has successfully connected, select the room type and fill in the room name.
Hold the back button for 1 second to turn ON or OFF the device.
When powered on for the first time, the device will emit a stable blue and green light.
